1. Processing & Shipping
All items are handcrafted on the Big Island of Hawai‘i. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Shipping times vary by location and carrier. We are not responsible for postal delays once the package has been handed off to the carrier.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom, handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work to make it right.
3. Custom Orders
We welcome custom orders. Please note they may take longer to produce and are non-refundable once confirmed.
4. Handmade Variations
Each piece is crafted by hand with care. Slight variations in color, shape, or finish are normal and reflect the unique character of handcrafted goods.
5. Taxes & Compliance
We are a Hawai‘i-based business and comply with all applicable state tax and business regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
All product designs, names, images, and content are the intellectual property of Monstera Gems Hawaii and may not be reproduced or resold without permission.
